A beautiful baby girl taken in my cosy studio recently. I was able to quickly capture this lovely smile before she drifted off to sleep. When it comes to taking shots of newborns, you have to be patient and make sure baby is comfortable and happy with help from mum! It’s also nice to get shots while baby is fast asleep and able to pose them a little. It’s all about baby, so no rush and no time limit for this type of shoot as they can be unpredictable with mood, feeds and nappy changing – all of which is not a problem as long as we make the most of the bits in between!
